Powder production line process description:

4.Transfer to the powder organic fertilizer packaging machine (special purpose) for weighing, packaging, sewing and storage.

Process description of organic fertilizer granule production line:

The organic fertilizer granule production line is mainly composed of eight parts: quantitative conveying, crushing, screening, granulation, drying, cooling, finished product screening and packaging.

1.The qualified raw materials such as fermented, decomposed and aged cow, sheep and chicken manure are sent by the loader into the frequency conversion speed regulation feeding bin;

2.Transfer to vertical pulverizer for pulverization;

3.The raw materials are transported to the drum vibrating screening machine for sorting, and the raw materials above 1.5mm are returned to the pulverizer to continue pulverizing;

4.Qualified raw materials below 1.5mm are transported to the granulator, and the raw materials are formed into round granules by a disc granulator or a new granulator, dried and cooled, and then entered into a three-stage high-speed rounder.

5.The particles are transported to the grading and screening machine for sorting, and the small particles are returned to the granulator to continue to form into balls.

6.The qualified granules are transported to the special packaging machine for organic fertilizer for weighing, packaging and storage.
