Small organic fertilizer processing plant
The configuration of the investment small-scale organic fertilizer production line and the simplest small-scale production line of raw material organic fertilizer are divided into three configurations:
High configuration: dehydrator, fermentation turner, semi-wet material crusher, horizontal mixer, granulator, dryer, cooler, drum screening machine, coating machine, packaging equipment, belt conveyor, etc.
Medium configuration: semi-wet material crusher, horizontal mixer, granulator, dryer, cooler, drum screening machine, packaging equipment, belt conveyor, etc.
Low configuration: semi-wet material pulverizer, horizontal mixer, granulator/drum screening machine, packaging equipment, the simplest small-scale production line of organic fertilizer.
Raw materials:
1.Organic main raw materials: solid wastes such as livestock manure, domestic sludge, and domestic garbage account for about 50-80% of the formula;
2.Inorganic main raw materials: urea, ammonium phosphate, ordinary calcium, heavy calcium, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, etc., account for about 10-30% of the formula;
3.Medium and trace element additives account for about 10% of the formula;
4.Bio-organic compound fertilizer also needs to add biological bacteria powder: 5%-10%;
5.Raw materials that may be used according to needs: grass charcoal, oil feet, fly ash, etc.;
6.Auxiliary energy: water, electricity, coal.
