Turning straw into treasure and creating green ecological agriculture!

Straw turns waste into treasure:

Let agricultural waste be rejuvenated, use plant fiber clean production technology, and match organic fertilizer research and development and production to reshape straw into pulp and organic fertilizer to achieve a gorgeous transformation.
What efforts has Tongda Company made behind the innovation? “We hope to further develop the diversification of straw utilization, straw fiber, and deep processing of biological organic fertilizer, expand market influence, make its application prospects broader, and truly realize the vision of “developing agricultural circular economy and creating a green ecological industry.” ” Said the company’s chairman.Straw turns waste into treasure.

“Straw papermaking” new process

At present, there are mainly “five transformations” in the comprehensive utilization of straw in my country, namely energy, feed, fertilizer, base material, and raw material. Most straw utilization companies can only focus on one aspect of the production field And there are very few companies that can achieve “two transformations” or more at the same time.

In agriculture, there is a production line that uses rice straw as raw material and produces 40,000 tons of plant fiber annually. This production line uses the latest plant fiber clean production process developed by Shaanxi University of Science and Technology. It uses the latest wet preparation + mechanical decomposition + enzyme delignification + closed screening and other combined processes to extract straw fiber and maintain the original color of straw fiber, and the produced fiber has the characteristics of high strength and high yield. It can be widely used in edible fungus substrate, mold packaging, high-strength fiber bricks, fiberboard, high-strength packaging paper, degradable mulch paper, and other fields. At the same time, it is equipped with organic fertilizer research and development and production, and the by-products of the project are converted into bio-organic fertilizer and returned to the farmland to improve soil structure and reduce the occurrence of pests and diseases.

Straw turns waste into treasure:

During the interview, the reporter learned that the project uses a new type of green papermaking technology. This technology relies on the traditional papermaking principle and replaces waste paper raw materials with agricultural straw. The paper products produced are zero chemical preparations and green and pollution-free.

The total investment of the project is 160 million yuan, and it will be built in two phases: the first phase of the project will be put into production in December 2021, with an annual output of 40,000 tons of straw fiber and 30,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizer, and an estimated utilization of 60,000 tons of straw; the second phase of the project is expected to be completed in 2023, and will achieve an annual output of 100,000 tons of straw fiber and 60,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizer, an annual utilization of about 150,000 tons of straw, and an annual output value of 260 million yuan.

Infinite possibilities of straw use

Starch is one of the important raw materials for papermaking, which can improve the dry strength, retention, and hydrophobicity of paper, reduce dust, and improve tensile and printing properties. In 2017, the consumption of corn starch in the papermaking industry reached 4.5 million tons. As the main corn-producing area, northern my country has become the supply and production area of the main raw materials for the papermaking industry.

There are several ways to comprehensively utilize straws:

Return to the field: Crushing the straw and returning it directly to the field can improve soil structure, increase soil organic matter content, improve soil fertility, and reduce the use of chemical fertilizers.
Feed: The processed straw can be used as a feed additive to supplement the cellulose required by livestock and improve the nutritional value of feed.
Fuel: Straw can be made into biofuel through compression, molding, and other processes for heating, power generation, etc.
Raw material: Straw can be used as raw material for papermaking, board materials, biomass materials, and other products.
Fertilizer: Straw is made into organic fertilizer through fermentation, composting, and other methods, which can improve soil quality and increase crop yields.
Comprehensive utilization of straw is a systematic project that requires the joint participation of the government, enterprises, and farmers. Through continuous exploration and innovation, we will be able to maximize the utilization of straw resources and contribute to the construction of beautiful villages and the realization of green development.new type organic fertilizer granulator
