organic fertilizer production line
The state has increasingly higher environmental protection requirements for farms to protect the environment on which we depend for survival. The environmental pollution caused by manure composting in most farms no longer meets national requirements. Now, many farms choose to process manure into organic fertilizer. Which not only solves the problem of manure pollution but also increases additional income.
The complete equipment required for the organic fertilizer production line includes an organic fertilizer composting machine, organic fertilizer mixer, new type organic fertilizer granulator, material crusher, cooler, dryer, drum screening machine, packaging machine, film coating machine, belt conveyor, etc.
Process flow of processing organic fertilizer from sheep manure
1.Raw materials and ingredient ratio
Mix the manure with crop straw. The amount of mixing depends on the water content of the sheep manure. According to the fermentation process, the water content is required to be within 45%. That is, the material is kneaded into a ball, water can be seen, and the water will not drip down. The loose ball will disperse. Then, add cornmeal and the required strains. Cornmeal can increase the sugar content to promote the rapid fermentation of the strains.
2.Material mixing
Add the prepared materials to the material mixing mixer for mixing. The mixing should be uniform and thorough, and no raw lumps should be left.
3.Material fermentation
Then the mixed materials are piled in a fermentation tank or fermentation tank with a width of 2-6 meters and a height of 1.0 meters to 1.5 meters. The materials are repeatedly turned over by the turning machine and the compost turning machine every other day. Under normal circumstances, in the fermentation tank, the temperature will rise after 2 days of stacking, there will be no odor after another 2 days, it will become fluffy and loose after another 3 days, the compost will emit fragrance after another 2 days, and it can become fertilizer in 15 days.
4.Fermentation process
- After 2 days in the fermentation tank, the temperature will rise to 60℃-80℃, which will kill bacteria and eliminate pests.
- On the fourth day in the fermentation tank, the odor will be eliminated; then on the seventh day, the materials in the tank will become loose, dry, and covered with white mycelium.
- On the ninth day of fermentation in the tank, a fragrance will be emitted, which is the same as the fragrance of wine koji.
- After the tenth day of fermentation in the tank, the material will be fermented and fully fermented.
- It means that the fermentation stage is over, and the material can be moved to the next process by a forklift.
5.Granulation and drying process
The material moved by the forklift to the crushing process is crushed by the semi-wet and high-humidity material crusher, then mixed by the mixer, and transported to the organic fertilizer granulator by the conveyor for granulation. The finished particles are sent to the dryer by the belt conveyor for drying, and then enter the cooler for cooling, and then sent to the screening machine by the conveyor for screening.
6.Screening and packaging
More than 95% of the particles that meet the requirements will enter the next process. And about 5% of the particles will be transported to the crusher for re-crushing and granulation. And the particles that meet the standards will enter the coating machine for coating. The coating can maintain nutrients, and after coating, it will be packaged by the automatic packaging machine. In this way, the manure organic fertilizer is processed and packaged and can be put into storage for sale.
The organic fertilizer production line is mainly suitable for the harmless utilization of poultry and livestock manure, to achieve resource recycling and realize circulation.
It is a green organic fertilizer, and its organic matter content can reach more than 50%, which is a nutrient-rich organic fertilizer.
In actual use, organic fertilizer equipment manufacturers generally require reasonable mixing and matching of trace elements according to local soil conditions.
In this way, special organic fertilizers for the different needs of different vegetables, various fruit trees, and other crops will be formed.
