Mainly solid manure from large-scale farms of live pigs, beef cattle, laying hens, broilers and sheep, after harmless treatment by aerobic compost, on-site farmland utilization or production of organic fertilizer.
The main advantages are that the temperature of aerobic fermentation is high, the harmless treatment of feces is more thorough, and the fermentation period is short; composting increases the added value of feces.
The main disadvantage: the aerobic composting process is prone to produce a lot of odor.
Scope of application: It is suitable for large-scale broilers, laying hens or sheep farms with only solid manure and no sewage.
Manure anaerobic treatment mode:
With professional production of renewable energy as the main purpose, relying on specialized livestock and poultry manure treatment enterprises, collect manure and sewage from surrounding farms, invest in the construction of large-scale biogas projects, carry out high-concentration anaerobic fermentation, biogas power generation or purification of biological natural gas, biogas The residue is used for organic fertilizer farmland utilization, and biogas slurry is used for farmland utilization or advanced treatment to meet the standard discharge.
Main advantages: centralized and unified treatment of manure and sewage in farms, reducing investment in manure treatment facilities in small-scale farms; professional operation and high energy utilization efficiency.
Main shortcomings: high one-time investment; difficult utilization of energy products; large and concentrated biogas slurry production, high treatment costs, and need to support subsequent treatment and utilization processes.
Scope of application: It is suitable for large-scale farms or aquaculture-intensive areas, and it has the conditions for biogas power generation to be connected to the Internet or biological natural entry into the pipeline network, and needs to be guaranteed by the supporting policies of the local government.
Manure water fertilizer utilization mode:
After anaerobic fermentation or oxidation pond treatment and storage of the sewage produced by the farm, during the fertilization and irrigation of the farmland, the harmless treated sewage is mixed with the irrigation water according to a certain proportion, and the integrated application of water and fertilizer is carried out, and the solid manure is composted and fermented nearby. Main advantages: After anaerobic fermentation or oxidation pond harmless treatment of sewage, it can provide organic fertilizer water resources for farmland and solve the pressure of sewage treatment.
