2.Regularly check whether the lubrication of the bearing is good, and use lubricating oil regularly for maintenance.

4.Regularly check whether the transmission belt is installed correctly and in good condition. If the belt is found to be damaged, it should be replaced in time. When there is oil on the belt or sheave, it should be wiped with a clean rag in time.

5.Regularly check whether the protective device of the straw crusheris in good condition. If the protective device is found to be unsafe, it should be eliminated in time.

6.Regularly check whether there are materials or other sundries in the damaged cavity, and if there are any, they should be cleaned up.

7.Regularly check whether the hydraulic jacking head or jacking screw of the straw crusher is retracted, and whether the adjusting gasket is installed correctly and pressed tightly.

8.Regularly check the sealing of the fan to prevent the sand and soil from causing serious wear to the fan, causing the impeller body and the hub rivet head to fall off, and fatigue cracks at the rivet holes.

9.If the rivet head of the impeller of the straw crusheris worn, the worn rivet head can be returned to the original normal state by pressing the impeller body and the hub with electric welding surfacing.

10.For the situation that fatigue cracks are likely to occur at the rivet holes of the straw crusher, the whole new electrode that has not been used can be used for welding to repair the cracks, but it should be symmetrically carried out with the axis of the impeller as the center, and the repair welding at the crack is left. After welding, the remaining electrode is the same length as the remaining electrode when the symmetrical rivet is repaired, so as to ensure that the weight of the welding repair is equal. If there is no crack at the symmetrical rivet hole, the electrode should also be surfacing here to offset the newly repaired welding weight at the symmetrical rivet hole crack. The crack can be repaired by welding according to this symmetrical method of supplementary weight.

11.Perform a simple dynamic balance test on the impeller, the method is also very simple. After supporting the impeller, turn it by hand to rotate it gently, and it will stop at a low point and swing left and right where it cannot reach the balance. If there is a heavy weight, it can be spot welded on the opposite impeller, increase the weight to make it balanced, or use an angle grinder to grind off the welding marks of the heavy weight impeller, and the balance can also be achieved, so that the fan can be repaired and work normally. Note that in the process of repairing the fan, electric welding cannot be used for random spot welding, and the welding marks are left on the impeller, so as not to affect the balance of the fan impeller, fail to achieve the purpose of repair, and cause greater losses.
