The disc granulator (also known as the ball disc) adopts the overall circular arc structure, and the granulation rate can reach more than 93%. The pelletizing disc is equipped with three discharge ports, which are convenient for intermittent production operations, greatly reducing labor intensity and improving labor efficiency. The reducer and motor are driven by a flexible belt, which can start smoothly, slow down the impact force, and improve the service life of the equipment. The bottom of the granulation plate is strengthened by several radiation steel plates, which are durable and never deformation. The thickened, weighted, solid base design, which does not need anchor bolts to fix, can make operate smoothly, it is the ideal equipment for organic fertilizer, and compound fertilizer granulation.
