The process converts raw cow manure into high-value fertilizer through biological fermentation (to eliminate pathogens and stabilize nutrients) and mechanical granulation (to create easy-to-use, uniform pellets).

Fresh manure is dewatered to reach the 60% moisture level required for effective composting.
b: Aerobic Fermentation
Through regular turning and oxygenation, high temperatures kill harmful bacteria and weed seeds, turning waste into stabilized organic matter.
c: Refining & Granulation
The composted material is crushed and mixed with nutrients, then reshaped into dense, uniform spherical granules.
d: Finishing & Packaging
