    A BB fertilizer production line (Bulk Blending) is a specialized, highly efficient engineering system designed specifically for manufacturing “blended” fertilizers. Unlike traditional compound fertilizers—which are chemically fused into single granules through a high-temperature, energy-intensive process—BB fertilizers are created by physically mixing various individual granular fertilizers (such as urea, DAP, potash, and micro-nutrients) in precise agronomic ratios.

    BB Fertilizer Production Process

    1. Precise Batching — Multi-hopper feeding bins automatically weigh and proportion granular raw materials (such as urea, DAP, and potash) via electronic scales. The system ensures strict formula accuracy to meet specific soil and crop requirements.
    2. Homogeneous Mixing — Materials are smoothly conveyed to a specialized BB fertilizer mixer for rapid, multi-dimensional blending. The mixer is engineered to achieve perfect uniformity within minutes while minimizing granule friction and breakage.
    3. Accurate Packaging — The blended product is immediately discharged into high-speed automatic packing scales to prevent nutrient segregation. It is then filled into 10–50 kg bags, followed by automatic sewing, sealing, and batch labeling.
