A large amount of discarded mushroom sticks not only pollute the environment, but also cause a lot of waste. In recent years, it has been proposed to make organic fertilizers from waste mycelium residues in order to use waste, reduce waste of resources, and improve the environment. Because the mushroom residue contains rich nutrients required by the organism, the fermented organic fertilizer has a good effect on the cultivation of various vegetables and fruit trees.

Steps of method for fermentation of mushroom slag to make organic fertilizer:

1. Dosage ratio: 1 kg of microbial bacterial liquid can ferment 200 kg of mushroom residue, and the waste mushroom residue must be crushed before fermentation. In general fermentation, it is forbidden to use 500 kg or less materials for experiments. The bacterial solution is diluted with water and the materials are fermented, mixed and evenly piled and fermented. Because the carbon to nitrogen ratio of these materials is relatively high, in order to achieve a better softening effect, some urea can be added appropriately.

2. Mixing and aeration: When fermenting the mushroom residue material, it must be mixing evenly, pay attention to turning, aeration is appropriate.

3. Moisture control: The moisture of the fermentation mushroom slag material should be controlled at about 50%. Moisture control: grab a handful of material, see the watermark but do not drip, it is appropriate that materials fall into pieces on the ground. Less water and slow fermentation, more water and poor ventilation, can be mastered according to the actual situation of the material.

4. Temperature control: It is better to start the fermentation temperature above 15 ℃, fermentation can be about a week. Low temperatures in winter can ferment longer.

5. Fermentation is completed: the fermentation of mushroom slag material can stop the fermentation when it reaches the softening effect. If the fermentation time is too long, it will consume too much cellulose in the material.

To build an organic fertilizer plant with mushroom fungus residue, comprehensive consideration should be given to local resources, market capacity, and coverage radius. The annual output of the construction scale is generally 40,000 to 300,000 tons. The annual output of small factories is preferably 10,000 to 40,000 tons, the annual output of medium-sized factories is 50,000 to 80,000 tons, and the annual output of large factories is 90,000 to 150,000 tons. The plan formulation may follow the following principles: resource characteristics, soil conditions, local major species, plant structure, site conditions, etc.
