The process of the urban sludge organic fertilizer production line has good automatic and continuous operation, a simple process flow structure, and less equipment, which greatly reduces investment. Process introduction of urban sludge organic fertilizer production line:

1. Transport the dehydrated sludge with a water content of about 40% (adapted viscosity) to the disc homogenizer, and add the uniformly mixed materials to the rotating circle of the disc granulator through the non-intermittent rotation of the disc. Intraday.

2. Transport to the high-efficiency dryer, and complete the preliminary drying of the fertilizer with the high temperature after treatment from the jet draft, and the moisture content after drying is controlled at 10%~15%.

3. Transport to the special screening machine for organic fertilizer. The special design of the screening machine can completely solve the problem of screen adhesion.

4. The qualified particles after screening are sent to the metering silo, and the large particles are crushed to the requirements by the pulverizer and sent to the metering silo.

The purpose of this study is to make use of municipal sewage and sludge resources. Through the accumulation, fermentation, deodorization, granulation, drying and sterilization, wrapping treatment, the sewage and sludge can be made into organic fertilizer.It was found that urban sludge contains higher organic matter and nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.The results showed that the average contents of organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total potassium in the organic fertilizer particles were 10.35%,3.24%,1.72% and 1.17%, respectively. The contents of total nitrogen and total phosphorus were higher than those of other organic fertilizers, and the contents of total potassium were basically the same as those of other organic fertilizers.Making organic fertilizer is a kind of resource utilization way to turn waste into treasure by using municipal sewage and sludge.
