How to use medicine residue to produce organic fertilizer

A large amount of residual Chinese medicine slag is almost dumped into the garbage dump, wasting resources and polluting the environment.   1. Raw material crushing: The slag produced is crushed by a crusher to 10~50 mesh, which can avoid the fermenter from being tangled and stirred during the process of decomposing and mixing;
  2. Ingredients: Put the crushed medicine residue, livestock and poultry manure, fermentation bacteria, and water into a mixer according to 55~70:15~25:2~4:10~30, and mix well;
  3. Fermentation with high-temperature equipment: Put the mixed materials into the high-temperature fermentation tank, keep the temperature at 60-90℃, and finish the fermentation within 1 to 2 days;
  4. Aging: The fermented materials are placed in an aging room, and the temperature is maintained at 60 ~ 70 ℃ in a ventilated state, and the secondary fermentation is carried out during the aging process, which lasts for 3 to 6 days;
  5. Granulation: pulverize the raw materials such as traditional Chinese medicine residues and put them into the granulator at a temperature of 50~60℃, and keep the material moisture 8~15% for granulation;
  6. Drying: In the dryer, keep the ventilation state, control the temperature 100~120℃, dry for 20~40min, and the moisture content of the material is 3~5%;
  7. Cooling: Put the dried materials into the cooler, and cool to room temperature in a ventilated state;
  8. Finished product: The cooled material is sieved by a sieving machine, and the particle diameter is kept from 1 to 4.5mm for packaging.
