How to improve the production efficiency of the organic fertilizer disc granulator?

Disc pelletizers are widely used in continuous, uniform, quantitative feeding and batching of gold concentrators, coal mines, chemicals, infrastructure, and mechanized foundry workshops. Disc granulator is widely used in compound fertilizer production, which greatly affects the production efficiency of the entire compound fertilizer production line. How to improve the production efficiency of the disc granulator should be very important to everyone.

The main ways to increase the output of the disc granulator are:

According to the composition, fineness, viscosity, humidity, temperature and other characteristics of the powder, the water content of the powder is controlled at about 28-30%:

1.Too much water content, too many balls, the surface of the ball is very sticky, it is easy to block the surface of the screen;

2.How to preliminarily determine the volume of granular water during the production process: the simplest and practical method-hand feel method: grab a ball from the disc granulator and release it by touching it with your fingers. In this way, there are many particles, high output, and it is not easy to block the screen surface.

Strictly follow the compound fertilizer formula to control the quality of various raw materials such as chemical fertilizers:

1.It is strictly forbidden to use iron blocks, stones larger than 10mm, and wooden blocks larger than 10mm in raw material discharge and feeding. There are not many quality indicators of rice bran and rice sand, which seriously affects production.

2.The particle size of powder used as compound fertilizer is 70-90 mesh.

3.Do a good job in technical training to improve the technical quality and operating skills of workers.

The working mechanism of the nozzle must be mastered when selecting the nozzle: According to the theory of fluid mechanics, it is proved that the greater the pressure, the smaller the through hole, and the larger the droplet diffusion surface. Under the same pressure, the spray hole of the nozzle is small, and the droplet density is small; the spray hole is large, and the droplet density is high.

1.The smaller (or larger) the feed droplet size, the lower (or higher) the yield.

2.The denser (or thinner) the feed droplets, the more (or less) the feed liquid volume, and the higher (or lower) the output volume.

3.Generally speaking, B-type spherical spiral or B1 basic spiral nozzle is the best choice for disc feeder. A good blade has uniform particle size and beautiful appearance. The blade is divided into two pieces, front and back, and there is no gap between the two blades.
