Working principle of pan granulator
The disc /pan granulator is mainly composed of an angled disc and a base, and its angle is adjustable. During the granulation process, the mixed material is conveyed to the top of the disc by a conveyor. And continuously and quantitatively added to the disc. The material in the disc is adhered to by the adhesive under the spray and wrapped into granules. As the disc rotates, the particles gradually grow. Precautions for disc granulator
1. The disc granulator should run forward; avoid reversing. The granulator should not run on an empty stomach with a cold machine but must run with a hot machine and feed, to avoid the sticking (sticking the shaft) phenomenon. It is strictly forbidden to enter ironware and other debris into the feed port and vent hole of the granulator. So as not to cause accidents and affect production.
2. Precautions during the operation of the granulator Pay attention to the temperature changes of the machine body at any time, touch it with a clean hand. And heat it immediately when the strips do not stick to your hands. It is normal until the strips stick to your hands. When the bearing part of the reducer burns your hands or is accompanied by noise. It should be repaired in time and refueled.
3. When the bearing parts at both ends of the main bearing room are hot or noisy. The machine should be stopped for inspection and butter should be added. During normal operation, butter should be added to the bearing room every 5-6 days. Pay attention to the operation rules of the machine; such as high and low machine temperature, fast and slow speed, and timely handling according to the situation. When the machine body is unstable, you should check whether the gap of the coupling is too tight and adjust it loose in time.
Organic fertilizer production process
